Commercial Law is an elective which introduces students to the general principles of commercial law, and builds on their foundation courses in Contracts, Business Associations and Equity & Trusts. Conditions for Enrolment
Prerequisite: Completion of 36 UOC of JURD courses for students enrolled prior to 2013. For students enrolled after 2013, completion of 72 UOC of JURD courses.
Co-requisite: Business Associations (JURD7224) and Land Law (JURD7283)
