The course will introduce student to a range of:
concepts, frameworks, models and theories that can be used to (a) understand organisational change and the key factors and processes that determine the level of success in bringing about change in an organisation and (b) guide a change agent’s thinking and practice recipes, tools and methods for use in critically important change processes such as: diagnosing what needs to be changed; deciding on the best change to make, devising an effective way of making the change; building the required level of commitment to support and enact the change; handling resistance; implementing a change; and tracking and adapting the change.
Conditions for Enrolment
Must be enrolled in one of the following programs:- Change Management (7315), Management (7316), Leadership (7416), MBAE (8355 or 8356), MBAX (8625), MBA Full-Time (8350 or 8351)
