COMM5044 Adaptive Futures is a project based online practicum aimed at developing and applying a student’s business skills and knowledge to the future workplace.

We then partner with industry to apply these skills and capabilities to a real-life business challenge. An industry partner will present a problem related to their future workforce. In project teams, we investigate this challenge, workshop solutions, and provide a recommended way forward.
This course is delivered fully online and consists of pre-workshops modules, online discussion boards and three industry partner meetings.
Each practicum experience will be different depending on the organisations we partner with.
Attendance is required at all online workshops.
Conditions for Enrolment
Prerequisite: Completion of 18 UOC, Good Academic standing, and completion of COMM6000 Career Accelerator
