Overview

This course is designed to provide students with an analytical, theoretical and practical understanding of strategic logistics management practice in medium to large private sector companies and their public sector equivalents. The course uses simulation and role-play to allow students to experiment with different strategies and determine how people and organisations react to collaboration in a supply chain to ensure good outcomes for all participants.  The course has learning opportunities and assessments that enable students to demonstrate their practical and theoretical understanding of supply chain strategy development and implementation in green or brownfield sites.
