Handbook

This course provides an overview of FinTech regulatory requirements that apply to modern financial institutions, and the core systems that are deployed to address these requirements. Broadly speaking, this is referred to as RegTech. It covers key regulatory obligations of financial services companies, especially those that relate to technological advancements, and key systems used in the industry that are part of RegTech.  The challenges in RegTech and the use of technology-based solutions to address those challenges are also covered in the course.
