It includes a 5-day compulsory onsite at the start of the course with workshops on advocacy, dispute resolution, negotiation, interviewing, legal drafting, letter writing, problem solving, and oral communication skills. This course provides the students with opportunities to build on and consolidate the lawyering skills acquired during the LLB/JD or equivalent in the context of acting for clients across different areas of legal practice.
This course is a mandatory course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). You must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course.
