The course provides a good grounding for further studies, and for practice, in criminal law, criminology and criminal justice. Main topics are likely to include: media representations of crime;gendered and raced patterns in violence;global mobility, migration, trafficking;policing;punishment; anddevelopments in restorative justice and Indigenous justice.
