The course will further develop your legal writing skills required for academic legal research and upper-level courses including focus on elements on thesis statements, introductions, arguments/paragraphs and conclusions. Note that the Research and Writing Tutorials are attached but distinct to the Lecture. It is compulsory for students to take both components together.
Conditions for Enrolment
Pre-requisite: Principles of Public Law (LAWS1141/JURD7141) or Public Law (LAWS1140/JURD7140).
