In this course you will be provided with an opportunity to explore in more depth or apply the knowledge and ideas gained from coursework in the educational leadership program to your own professional work settings. Guided by an academic supervisor you will either conduct an in depth review of a topic of interest related to educational leadership or conduct an action research project, and analyse, interpret and report the findings from your investigations.
