This course examines contemporary remuneration and performance management from both applied and theoretical perspectives, emphasising theories, practices and forces associated with the current trend away from traditional fixed, job-based pay to variable, person-based and performance-based remuneration. , Organisational Studies, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Labour Economics, Psychology and Ethics.
