Overview
The purpose of this course is to prepare non-law graduate students for adequate engagement with postgraduate studies in Environmental Law and Policy.

The course is in a blended learning format and will consist of the following interrelated components:
Intensive face-to-face seminars for each
Online activities and materials to be completed before and after face-to-face seminarsOnline resources accessible to the students for the duration of their enrolment in their programs.
This course is compulsory for non-law graduates undertaking the Master of Environmental Law and Policy and Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy. Unless an exemption is granted, the student must satisfactorily complete this course within the first term of enrolment.
For satisfactory completion, students must attempt each assessment and achieve an overall mark of 50% or more.
Conditions for Enrolment
Prerequisite: Academic Program must be either 5212 or 9212.
