Intensive face-to-face seminars for eachOnline activities and materials to be completed before and after face-to-face seminarsOnline resources accessible to the students for the duration of their enrolment in their programs. This course is compulsory for non-law graduates undertaking the Master of Business Law and Graduate Diploma in Business Law. Unless an exemption is granted, the student must satisfactorily complete this course within the first term of enrolment. For satisfactory completion, students must attempt each assessment and achieve an overall mark of 50% or more.

Conditions for Enrolment

Prerequisite: Academic Program must be either 9235 or 9231.
