Handbook

This course examines the drivers of and procedures for technical regulation of explosive ordnance. It builds on a basic knowledge of explosives and understanding of explosive ordnance design. It then considers the factors that drive explosive ordnance regulation. The course then examines in detail the typical regulatory systems that are applied to explosive ordnance. This leads to a further examination of the process by which new ordnance can be brought safely into service.
