The Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (3332) is a three-year full-time (or equivalent part-time) program of study which students undertake to develop management skills within the construction and property industries.

The UNSW CMP program has a close relationship with industry and supports students to obtain work experience opportunities, including internships, cadetships and other industry positions. Our students have the option of enrolling in a dedicated work integrated learning course (FADA6700).
The program is offered over 9 terms, leading to the award of the degree of Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (BCMP).
