Project management is the art of getting things, one that follows proven tools and technique to effectively achieve valuable outcomes but also acknowledges complexities such as competing and sometimes conflicting, priorities, interests, norms and values that must be navigated and negotiated to ensure project success. At the completion of this course, students will learn how a wide range of tools and techniques can be used to plan projects and ensure success while developing the knowledge and skills to navigate complex and uncertain circumstances projects often encounter.
