PLEASE NOTE: This course has had a change of code - up to and including 2009 it was PHPH2502.
The areas of physiology covered in this unit build on the fundamental physiological principles introduced in PHSL2501. The topics covered include reproduction, the respiratory system, the gastrointestinal system, kidney and body fluid balance, and the endocrine system. Again this unit includes a substantial series of practical class experiments on these different areas of physiology.
Note/s: Restricted to students enrolled in program 3870 Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science and 3871 Exercise Physiology.
