Description
An introduction to the properties and manufacture of key construction materials: timber, concrete, masonry, and brick. These fundamental construction materials are essential components in the context of any building project. The course provides a foundational understanding of basic options, the constituents, characteristic properties, the manufacturing process, and functional qualities of the construction materials that underpins so many aspects of building construction and maintenance.
