Organisational Behaviour - ZBUS1101 |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
DescriptionThe course introduces explanations of individual and group behaviour in the organisational setting and examines organisational processes. Drawing on the organisational setting, it seeks to build an understanding of how concepts may be organised into models and theories and uses a case study approach to show how such models may be applied to managerial practice, thus reinforcing work in the integrating core of the degree. Specific areas of study may include, at an introductory level, perception, motivation, stress, team effectiveness, decision-making, power, conflict, and leadership, organisational structure, design, culture and change.
