Program Description
The AGSM Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM) is the first stage of the AGSM MBA (Executive). It provides the foundation knowledge required for completion of the AGSM MBA (Executive). By providing a thorough grounding in the core business disciplines, students are prepared to move beyond functional areas and to begin to view organisations holistically, and to prepare students for leadership positions. This strategic focus is followed through in the second stage of the AGSM MBA (Executive), the Strategic Management Year.

The MBA (Executive) program is designed for professionals looking to develop their career. It is ideal for those who are looking to accelerate in their chosen career or those who have become interested in learning again and bringing that learning to their workplace.
Program Structure
The Graduate Diploma in Management consists of 8 courses:
- Introductory ‘Foundations of Managerial Skills’ course (6 UOC)

Progression to MBA (Executive)
An overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65% or higher across eight GDM courses qualifies you for progression to the final stage of the MBA (Executive) Program, the Strategic Management Year.
