It aims to help students to build the confidence, knowledge and skills to engage in effective leadership in a broad range of contexts. The course defines ‘leadership’ not as a position but as a process of influence that delivers direction, alignment of activities towards that direction, and personal commitment to collective success. As such, leadership is potentially relevant to all MBA students who wish to exert influence and foster change.
