Handbook

This course offers students a deep dive into the vibrant Australian startup ecosystem. Working with an approved host organisation, students will gain insight into the operations, challenges, strategies and culture unique to startups. The exact nature, activities and emphasis in each placement will vary according to the growth phase of the company, the industry it operates in and resources available as well as the experience, capabilities and aspirations of the student. This course is designed to be flexible to provide a bespoke experience for every participant.  The students will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to propose innovative and responsible recommendations to a contemporary business challenge.  Students will be spending a minimum of 1 day per week in a company working at either a physical or remote location.
