Handbook

This research project course introduces postgraduate students to research. They acquire skills of being a research focused laboratory working on cutting edge science and learning the parameters that a researcher faces. It also provides hands on training in an academic laboratory and the use of various methodologies and equipment depending on the research project. The intention is to provide a whole research experience with a dedicated project. Students will learn aspects such as project planning, literature review, project development, oral and written and reporting.

Please note this course is designed specifically for students who take the Professional Masters of Science. The course may be used for coursework for other postgraduate programmes (at the discretion of the programme authority).
