The course will explore key issues in cyber politics such as cyber espionage, information warfare, the risk of ‘cyber war’,.and the struggle to economically dominate the internet. It will analyse the strategies of the major players including the US, Russia, China and the EU as they compete to assert dominance and control over this new domain.
