Description
The course introduces students to the contemporary risk management issues facing construction organisations in the changing business environment. The course content covers risk management concepts and theories, risk and opportunity management process, risk communications, crisis and business continuity management and business analytics. In particular, the students will develop skills to apply analytics tools to carry out quantitative analysis in managing risks in construction business. The course is structured around a series of lectures and guest lectures.
