Description
Video games offer professional communicators a powerful tool to influence political decision making, inspire social change or motivate publics and consumers. Increasingly, games are used to address serious social and environmental issues and engender positive social change. This course will introduce students to the interactive, persuasive and promotional affordances of games and examine how games may be leveraged to address social and environmental issues.
